1. Order Cancellation

- Timeframe: You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

- Refunds: If you cancel within this timeframe, we will refund any payments made for the order via the original payment method.

- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Returns

- Consumable Products: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products. Unopened products can be returned within 21 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of these products, we will issue a refund after subtracting a 20% restocking fee. We may also charge for shipping discount offered on the original order.

- Quality Assurance: We are committed to selling high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow the procedure below.


3. Damaged Products

- Notification: If you find that a product is damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

- Proof Required: Please provide pictures of the damaged product along with the batch number on the packaging.

- Exchange: We will gladly exchange the damaged product.

  - Out of Stock: If the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged within a reasonable time, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.


4. Changes to Our Policy

We reserve the right to amend the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy at any time with or without notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
